Make a Dream Come True
Dear Family,
The National Children's Leukemia Foundation is dedicated to helping children.
One of our programs is Make-A-Dream-Come-True. Through this
program, we attempt to bring children together with such celebrities as sports
(football, baseball, basketball, wrestling) and TV personalities, or to visit a television studio.
We are compiling a commemorative album in which every child, patient, sibling, friend,
parent, or anyone else will be able to express himself by writing a story, poem or letter to a patient or family in memory (with or without a picture).
Everyone who participates will be eligible to win a prize, and will receive full credit in our commemorative album.
NCLF will own and have the rights to all letters received for the album, to publishing in full or in part (or edit).
If you would like to participate in this program, please sign and fill in the attached form and return it to us as soon as possible in the provided return envelope.
Make sure the child fills out the blank space under "MY DREAM"
in his/her own handwriting.
